BreezeACCESS™ VL

5GHz OFDM Expansion BreezeACCESS VL is an advanced next generation IP wireless broadband access solution utilizing the 5GHz frequency band. The BreezeACCESS VL provides high capacity per base station sector, using fast and efficient modulation techniques that support individual maximum subscriber speeds of 6 Mbps and 54 Mbps. Using OFDM, the VL enables customer locations with limited, and even without line-of-sight to be connected to the network.
As part of the BreezeACCESS family, the VL leverages the advanced feature set and system management enjoyed by hundreds of thousands of existing BreezeACCESS operators around the world today which include exceptional QoS, enhanced security and encryption, protocol filtering and redundancy features.

BreezeACCESS VL is designed to seamlessly integrate into existing BreezeACCESS networks operating in different frequency bands. The VL Base station components uses the same BreezeACCESS base station chassis, which gives operators the flexibility to use one band for service provisioning to residential and SME customers, while reserving high bandwidth for large enterprises and MTUs.

The BreezeACCESS VL is available in 5.725 – 5.850GHz band, 5.470 – 5.725GHz (HIPERLAN), 5.15 - 5.35GHz for Russia and Asia, and will be available in the near future in 4.900 - 5.091GHz (Japanese) bands.
